So... Liverpool has a new addition to its Bar & Restaurant scene... However... This one is special.
I am sure by now you have seen the recent BOOM that is #LetItBloom. The Floral Collective evening we were invited to...

...Was simply spectacular, I mean look at the invite for a start (Bougie is an understatement). Having sipped a couple of gins in a neighbouring bar, we checked ourselves in to what will soon become the most Instagrammed bar in Liverpool... everyone keeps saying this... but no... trust me, it is beauty on another level inside and a filter is very rarely needed.

The interior was breathtaking with art work from the likes of Jody (Image above) and Mellor&Rose whose caption of "She Who Dares Not Grasp The Thorn, Should Never Crave The Rose" is already becoming most Scouse Birds' favourite phrase of 2018.
Their floral inspired cocktails flowed all night, visit the website for a full list of them, but heres a couple or 5 we had...
These

and this...

And this one...

Oh yeah and this...

They have bamboo straws to help the environment the last pic is the cocktail I made by myself with the help of Nick...

The Cocktail Master Classes which you can Book yourself along with others such as Floristry and a GIN MASTERCLASS (everyone loves a Gin... if you think you don't you just don't know it yet). So as I was saying before Gin distracted me... The masterclass was brilliant! The knowledge and passion that comes from the people who have designed this cocktail menu is out of this world and it comes through into the detail of the presentation and the balance of flavours within all their drinks.
Miguel (above) was the best bartender we could have hoped for, so friendly, very passionate about the drinks and also makes a stunning Gin Old Fashioned... I lost track of how many cocktails I had, I just asked him to surprise me overtime... each one as beautiful as the last... Thanks Miguel.
The Nibbles provided were also a taste sensation, the LAVENDER HONEY AND SUNFLOWER LOAF TO SHARE with whipped goat's cheese butter, is AAAAAMAZING, I even got to plate up with one of the chefs...

So now that it is open... get yourself down their and see it for yourself, you won't be disappointed.
